No offense meant, and I hope you didn’t take any. You’ve built a great company. If there was a way to objectively calculate the statistics based on the total number of plans, not just the word-for-word adopters, I would love to do so and would post those numbers.

Your percentages may be accurate as far as word for word and minor modifiers are concerned, but the vast majority of DATAIR’s clients use our opinion and advisory letters rather than apply for their own. So, the percentage for us is understated by a wide margin.

In today’s (Sept. 21, 2011), the IRS said that they have not released the updated DC LRMs yet. They said the Service expects to release them soon but did not provide a specific date.

Have you located updated 2010 DC LRMs? I’m not having much luck finding them, other than for Roth IRAs and 403(b) plans. Any help is appreciated!
